HOUSE DISCUSSES AMENDMENT MOTIONS

The House of People’s Representatives, in its 4th regular session to be held on 23rd of October, will discuss the amendment motions moved based on the opening speech of the president to the parliament of the FDRE.

In this regard, his Excellency Prime Minister Meles Zenawi will report on the government’s stand in relation to the legislative plan of the year.

The House is expected to adopt the motion of thanks, after hearing the premier’s explanations and discussing the motions.

The Proceedings of Premier’s explanations and the discussions will be live broadcast on the Ethiopian radio and television as of 9:00 A.M.
