Committee said the Performance of ministry of Works and Urban
Development is Admirable

The Infrastructure Development Affairs Standing Committee of the House expressed that the performance of mystery of working and urban development is admirable.

The chairperson of the Infrastructure Development Affairs standing committee of Hon. Ato Wibneh Emiru had disclosed this while the committee evaluated the 3 quarter’s 1999 e.c performance reporet of ministry of works and urban Development on 25th of 2007

Hon Ato wubneh who said that the activities performed in regard to building capacity of manpower’s to strengthen good government in cities the solutions given to the encountered problems sectors under the mystery, developments, the issuance of laws, regulation end and directives construction of roads, the ministry has performed admirable, has activates and should comtinue strengthened.

Mean mile questions wore from the committee members and response were give by ministry of works and urban Development, his excellency Dr Kassu Ilala his colleagues.

His excellency Dr. Kasu indicated in his report that the ministry has implemented the civil service reform program, reform package on good governance of cities, capacity of building constrictions industries, construction of goods, maintains and administration development activities.

Moreover, he said that the ministry has consumed birr 65,849,062.27 million out of the total budget allocated to it , birr 136. 18 million.
